The 10 most important questions about our perfumes, shipping in Malaysia, payments, and returns.

1. Are your perfumes 100% original?

Yes. All perfumes sold by Al-Aziz Perfume are guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell fake, imitation, “grade AAA”, or refill stock.

2. Do you sell tester perfumes?

Yes. Tester units are available for selected brands. They contain the same fragrance and performance as the retail bottle but may:

  • Come in a plain or white box
  • Arrive without a decorative cap
  • Be ideal for personal use at a better price
3. What is the difference between EDP, EDT and Parfum?

The main difference is the concentration of perfume oil:

  • Parfum / Extrait – richest and longest lasting.
  • EDP (Eau de Parfum) – strong, popular, good longevity.
  • EDT (Eau de Toilette) – lighter and fresher, great for daytime or hot weather.
4. How long does delivery take within Malaysia?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment.

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days after dispatch

Delays may happen during peak seasons or public holidays.

5. What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees depend on location and weight. As a guide:

  • West Malaysia: approx. RM6–RM12
  • East Malaysia: approx. RM12–RM18

The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Which couriers do you use and will I get tracking?

We ship using reliable couriers such as PosLaju, J&T Express or DHL eCommerce (depending on your area).

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can follow the parcel status.

7. How do I choose the right fragrance?

You can start with your preferred scent type and occasion:

  • Fresh / Citrus – daily wear, office, casual.
  • Sweet / Gourmand – dates, evenings.
  • Woody / Spicy – formal events, nights out.
  • Oud / Oriental – weddings, special occasions.

Message us your age, gender, favourite perfume (if any) and budget, and we’ll recommend suitable options.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common Malaysia-friendly payment options such as:

  • Online banking / FPX
  • Debit & credit cards
  • Selected e-wallets (if supported by our gateway)
  • Manual bank transfer for WhatsApp orders
9. Can I return or exchange my perfume?

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned if you change your mind.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The perfume arrived badly damaged or leaking.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos (and unboxing video if available).
